Here i m again

Yesterday i got a chance to have a ride of YAMAHA FZ-16. My friend Sharad bought it few months ago..he is not use to drive a bike and he has driven it just 3 times since he bought it.

We met after a long time so had a lot to talk about...(His bike was one of the reason to meet him). We enjoyed pizza @ smokin joes..then went to have some beer(For Him).

While he was purchasing the beer, i took the ride on YAMAHA-FZ-16. The bike is realy powerfull..it has great pick-up and it touches 60km/hr in less than 5 sec. Rear tyre is wide which gives good statbilty..but i think if it would be curvy on edges then it will be more easy to controll bike while leaning down on curves. The saddle height of the bike is short as compare to other bikes in market..YZ-15 also have lower saddle height. The handle is little wide as compare to my Stunner.. i found that shorter handle makes it easy to controll the bike. Due to design of the bike the seating position is liitle odd. Weight of the YAMAHA-FZ-16 is less as compare to other 150cc bikes in the market.

The driving experince was good..n u realise yeah its YAMAHA. I drive it upto 70km/hr, it was a smooth ride without vibrations. My bro is planning to buy bike in next few months..most probably Pulsar-150/180. But now i have one good option for him..

One more thing--> i saw "TRANSFORMER-Revenge Of The Fallen" yesterday..it's a good movie. Two fights are picturised good..one in the forest and da last one in the Egypt. Megan Fox looks realy sexxxy...my ratings 3/5.

My New Girl-Friend

Here I m--> after a long time.

I was very busy due to workload

I was working on saturday from Nov-08 to May-09 :( I started enjoyng 2 days weekend since my college days..as I was going to be a IT proffesional...so its really sad to work on saturday.

The good news is that

I bought Red Honda Stunner CBF on 27th April..! Its coool bike with sporty looks which attract many eyes..(She is my current Girl Friend). I m realy enjoying my bike.I decided to buy it after lots of research and analysis.Guys u can ask me if u r planning to buy a bike within 2-3 months as new bikes are going to hit the market so statistic will change. Even Stunner is launched with Fuel Injection and glossy colors @ approx Rs.64000/-.

I had other options in my mind--> Pulsar,YAMAHA YZR15. Stunner win due to

1. Looks - Best in the market
2. Honda - Trusted Brand
3. Handling - Pulsar 150 and Stunner weighs approx same but Stunner handle is lighter than Pulsars,also it's easy while turning. YAMAHA R15 is lightest in 150cc range.
4. Prize - I discarded YAMAHA R15 due to its heavy prize 1,10,000/- on road in pune. It's worth as it has latest technology like fuel injection,malfunctioning detection system,4 valve,oil cooled engine and YAMAHA the brand. I paid 59000 for Stunner

In early days I need to compromise on speed as it took time to reach 60km/hr and started vibrating after 45km/hr.

One morning when i kicked to start the bike,kick remain down and engine stared some weird sound. I had to take the bike in that position to the servicing center(Thanks for auto start)...@ servirce center the incharge said it will take time to repair..so i choose to remove kick liver n drive the bike.

My luck was good.. the mechanic solved the problem and told me that kick should not hit the foot rest while coming UP..(This happens many time with me)

3 days after the incidence i did first servicing of my bike..n was happy to ride on the bike..Next day onwards i experince litlle vibration @ brake & gear shifter while slowing down the bike ..i dnt understand the reason..I posted question on htttp://www.autocarindia.com forum. One guy replied that the problem is due to broken spring of kick lever in the gear box..anyway i m gonna fix the problem in 2nd servicing..

Otherwise the bike is realy smooth and give approx 50km/ltr. Now it reaches 60km/hr in approx 5-6 sec. So overall I m happy with my new girl-friend and it will take long time to break-up with her.

Now i m waiting for the rain so that i can wander to some cool places around Pune.

LeaderShip...!

Some days before while navigating a discussion forum i found a topic
"Is LeaderShip Born or It Can be Aqquire Through Experience..?"

Consider the birth of a leader I mean to say the recognition of a person as a leader. There is a group of people waiting for some decision with some dilema in mind or may be they dnt have any direction..the person who take resposnsibility of taking the decision and its result..conveynce others to follow him; is the Leader at that time.

May be Others also have some solution, but would they be ready to take responsibility of their decision?

So the courage is many time inborn, sometimes some 1 can be motivated to become a Leader. But most of the time the instinct is inborn.
Leader is the common person from same crowd before taking the step ahead..that step make him a Leader.

A Leader needs many qualities, But I think vision and taking Responsibility Of our own decision are the most important qualities..
I m waiting for reply on my view..
